My Angel Foundation is so fortunate to have your support in spreading awareness about organ and tissue donation. We recognize that you might have questions as you begin to shop or browse the online store, so we have provided a Frequently Asked Questions section.

Shipping and Handling Options and Rate Schedule (United States Only)

There is currently only one shipping and handling option available:

1. Ground—This is our standard method of shipping and handling. Delivery is expected in 7 to 10 business days (excluding holidays).

$25.01 and $50 – $7.95 Shipping Rate
$50.01 and $75.00 – $9.95 Shipping Rate
$75.01 and $100.00 – $11.95 Shipping Rate
$100.01 and $150.00 – $13.95 Shipping Rate
$150.01 and $200.00 – $15.95 Shipping Rate
$200.01 and $300.00 – $17.95 Shipping Rate
$300.01 and greater – $21.95 Shipping Rate

Order Cut-off Times and Expected Shipping Day
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Credit Card Orders
Credit card orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors. If your credit card does not process, we will cancel your order; you will be notified via email or U.S. mail and will need to place a new order.

Product Availability
Sometimes a product is not available at the time of ordering due to the overwhelming success of a new item or a manufacturing delay. When possible, we will always try to let you know when the product will become available to ship. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Why Your Email Address is Needed
We ask our customers to provide an email address so that we can send an email confirmation at the time an order is placed. The confirmation will include the order number if you should need it in the future.

Problems Placing your Order

After You’ve Placed An Order

Expected Delivery Dates
Orders are shipped via small package ground transportation and should be delivered within 7 to 10 business days after order placement.

Item Missing/Wrong Item Shipped
Please check the packing slip that was included with your shipment to determine if your order was shipped correctly. Please email our customer service team at customerservice@myangelfoundation.org within 5 days and let us know about the missing or wrong item. We will ship the missing or correct item immediately to you.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason one of your selections does not meet your expectations or is damaged, please email our customer service team at customerservice@myangelfoundation.org
within 30 days. We will gladly replace or refund the selection. All returns must be authorized by customer service and can take up to four weeks to receive. Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the item is damaged or was shipped incorrectly.
